My 1st interview in life..

Oct 12th,2010...

An unforgettable day in life..

Because that was the 1st day whre i cleared my aptitude round,Ground Discussion, Technical HR, and my GOD!!! was on the verge of HR Round..But unfortunately lost the battle in the end..However it has remained a greenish memory in life..No hard feelings!!!..
Tears came out of joy once i managed to clear the apti..which has always been a sour grapes to taste till date..and of course GD one of my favourite sessions always i managed to clear it amidst some tough competition...And god damn...then came the terror in life..
Technical HR which was literally a TECHNICAL Stress..for 40 mins...
Huhhh...that was the moment i realised..Game of life has begun just now...as it was the deciding point in my career..to my profound joy i cleared that also...As i always have it in mind "Expectations leads to disappointments"...nothing was much expected out of HR round which was the last round for the day...and i didnt clear...but kudos to my friends who are similar to warriors infront of my eyes..who managed to clear that also...
And again the same old story....
Waiting for another chance where this time i manage to clear all rounds and hoping for a HAPPY ENDING....

  2. What we tell our mind is how we then behave; perhaps when you 'suggested' to your mind not to 'expect' anything from the HR round, the mind forwarded that instructions to all your cells, and it then responded to what it received as a suggestion. Had it been an instruction that "Hei, you have done great in all the previous rounds, and HR round is not going to be any different," your physiology and therefore your state of mind and therefore the response to that round too would have been different. Try that in the next one and see how pleasantly surprised you will be.

Secondly, are having 'expectations' not good? When expected with proper back-up, it's essential to success; when left to be stand-alone, it's simply a wish. Expect, and then put your efforts to provide enough back-up for that expectation, because it's the expectation that take you to heights. Imagine a high-jumper, modest and with no expectation! What height do you think she would want to clear?

Expectations are otherwise termed as goals, or still more, as 'benchmarks'. It's fantastic to have them. Try having expectations.

    All the best.

  3. Why you have not updated the blog for a very long time? Why can't you post your success story atleast now?

For time being I want to be anonymous.
